Here we are looking at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world…my opinion! Every Tuesday the local government meets and discusses the situation regarding the closure. Every Tuesday the local residents write letters, send emails, and call asking them to please lift the beach restriction. This Tuesday will be no different, except for the fact other counties have plans to open theirs. Will the peer pressure of others doing it work? We will see, I’m sitting tight and hoping that our commissioners will do what is right by the folks that live here, and the beach is our playground that we share with our guests.
That said….we also hope that this pandemic is coming to an end, hoping that we have control and the work that our healthcare professionals and lab workers are doing is going to bring this shutdown to an end.
