🌴 Off-Season Value (November–February) SNOWBIRDS
November through February is our off-season, offering quieter beaches, cooler weather, and our lowest rates of the year. Guests interested in extended winter stays are welcome to ask about special monthly snowbird pricing. During this time, associations and owners may schedule routine maintenance, updates and improvements, so there may occasionally be nearby daytime noise between November 1 and February 28. Our reduced seasonal rates reflect this possibility.

We have been coming to Nautilus for four years now. This is our second year in this unit #1201. This condo is the closest to feeling like home that we have ever found. When you are on vacation for two months the comfort of the furniture is very important. This unit has very comfortable furniture, the kitchen is so well stocked I don’t have to bring anything from home. Being a corner unit, we have the most amazing views. The huge wrap around balcony faces South, so we can watch the sun rise over the ocean in the East and set over the ocean in the West. Everyone of the property management staff have been more than helpful and so friendly. The building is very clean and the property is well maintained. I would recommend the Nautilus Condominium building to anyone looking for rental units. The sand on the beach is like pure white flour, and the ocean is emerald in color. Stunning views.
We absolutely loved our stay and cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb and the host! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Communication was seamless, and every detail felt so thoughtfully taken care of. The space was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. It’s obvious that this host is invested in making their guests feel happy and relaxed. We would 100% stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!
